I think some of you would deserve some "+" under your nicks for the "great" off-topic posts
and AnarhieA, it's sYstem
Anyway, back to reading. I read some "classical" fantastics - Bradberry's "Life on Mars" and some other authors of his time. It's fun to see how back in the 60's they imagined 2025 with monitors with same size as the wall
I remain to the "old school" books I suppose...
One book that always comes to my mind (read it 3 times) it's Remark's "The Arch of Triumph", the last fragment of the book actually made me cry...
I read Cohelio, not really impressed.
Oh btw, if you come across a book about Van Gogh's life (forgot the name and author, will check this weekend and let you know) - it's amazing!
Flexer, thanks for the link, amigo

I meant no offence against you and your favorite genres, believe me I read a lot of science-fiction and fantasy, and I like very much Asimov and Simack, but you should agree the fact that philosophy isn't that easy to read, it can not even be called literature since it's that sophisticated, that's the reason it's more serious.. And I'm addicted to it hence the circumstances..

[off]yeah, I know, now another scumbag replaced him and is charged in Alcatraz school[/off]

Yes it's quite tough, and it's not like reading a soap opera, I mean two hundred pages per day, you can read 10 pages and you may think whole day abou it, and that's a useful thing..
Sartre is one of my favorite authors, and the reason is that he pays attention to the dark side of different heroes in comparison to others, he steps freedom and recalls it into a chaos of cruelty and compassion beyond the unbearable understanding of different stereotypes, he describes people that are so called " closed " who are actually so brilliant that the modern society rejects them. It's beautiful and disgusting same time, and the combination suits my inner world best..

I always wonder why do people like to "shit" on threads that they don't even care about.
L|VaMp|rE,
Good luck on your reading, I'm sure this will help shape your personality and inner world.
Flexer,
The subject was getting really interesting until "some people" had to come around and type useless stuff
P.S. L|VaMp|rE, what work of Sartre are you reading now?
