и кто говорит, что нельзя ковыряться пальцем в носу?
Извиняйте, по-русски или румынски не нашел. Но оочень интересно, кто в эту пургу верит?
OFFICIALLY, PRESIDENT VORONIN'S FORTUNE IS UNDER $25 THOUSAND
Chisinau, july 11 ( INFOTAG ). According to the Central Control Commission's official data published last Friday, the fortune of Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin's is
less than $25 thousand. The Commission disposes of information about the property owned by all local state officials, including parliament deputies and ministers.
So, as on the beginning of 2005, the Moldovan President was the owner of 2 land plots, an apartment, a suburban cottage ['dacha'], a garage, and a car. According to
documents, all this totals 308,333 lei ($24.6 thousand). This means that the President is 'poorer' than many parliamentarians.
For instance, the greatest fortune was officially declared by the former Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry, currently Communist MP Dmitry Todoroglo - 751,962 lei
(nearly $60 thousand), including an apartment and a car.
Parliament Chairman Marian Lupu has declared his being the owner of 2 apartments and a car costing 151 thousand lei ($12 thousand), whereas Prime Minister Vasily Tarlev
indicated in his declaration 2 land plots, a house, and a dacha total worth 166,687 lei ($13.5 thousand).
"Big fortunes" were indicated by Deputy Speaker of the Moldovan Parliament, Christian Democratic Popular Party leader Iurie Rosca (583 thousand lei - 3 land plots, 5
dwelling houses, and a car), MP Mihai Camerzan (564,910 lei, including a land plot, 2 apartments, a dacha, a garage, and 2 cars), ex-Speaker, now member of the
parliamentary Communist Party faction Eugenia Ostapciuc (423,143 lei - 2 land plots, an apartment, a house, and a car), MP Victor Stepaniuk (250 thousand lei - 2 land
plots, a house, a car. He is also a co-owner of a minibus).
The fortune of ex-Mayor of Chisinau, leader of the oppositional parliamentary Moldova Noastra Alliance faction Serafim Urechean is estimated at 72,036 lei (apartment,
dacha, garage), and former Prime Minister MP Dumitru Braghis indicated in his declaration 2 land plots, a dacha, a garage and 3 cars total worth 41,014.
The poorest creature in the Moldovan Parliament is Ludmila Borgul of the ruling Communist Party faction. She owns an apartment costing 838 lei ($67).
Meanwhile, you will never find an apartment cheaper than $15,000 (some 187 thousand lei) on the Moldovan market nowadays. For this lowest price, you can buy only an
ancient singsingle-room dwelling in an awful technical shape - a ruin.
The reason of this "fortune-making paradox" is simple: the declarations are drawn up on the basis of ancient techniques of property assessment that fail to correspond to
real market prices absolutely. For instance, the prices of many of the above-mentioned houses reach $300-400 thousand.
