Java Dev Lead for an American Company

[Lead]

The positon will be working from the Moldovan office. With excellent performance might have the opportunity to work in USA on an H1 visa.
The position requires experience and abilities on
1. J2EE 1.2+ for Web-based applications - 3 years +
3. Object Oriented approach (Java or C++) - 6 years+
4. Different database platforms - MS SQL, Oracle
Experience of development leadership is a plus.
Experience with writing development design documentation is a plus.
Good English and communication skills is a must
